Surpassed any expectations I had

Mr. Ryan made what I thought was going be a hopeless situation into one that surpassed any expectations I had. He got almost my entire case dropped and what I had to face, he got reduced. Hopefully I’m never in that situation again but I know who to call if I am. Thank you!
